STRUCTURE
The ‘Consumer Rights Council’ functions as an organ of the Citizens-Police Liaison Committee but remain independent and governed by a separate Charter.
JURISDICTION
Consumer Rights Council has the jurisdiction extending to the entire Province of Sindh.
COMPOSITION
The Council at present consists of 9 members; comprising of three male members and six female members.
The Chief of the CPLC is an Ex-officio member of the council, and inclusive of the members.
The members are appointed from amongst the persons of eminence, having standing in Business, Profession, Finance, Education, Public or Community Service and enlightened Housewives.
